In this special Christmas tour, you will visit the city of Strasbourg, that becomes a beautiful magical Christmas town during this period of winter festivity.

Strasbourg is known as the birthplace of Christmas celebrations and every year since 1570, it has hosted a UNESCO world heritage site: the Strasbourg Christmas Market one of the oldest in Europe.

Take the bullet train in Paris to be in less than two hours in the city of Strasbourg. You will have a 2-hour walking private tour to discover the main sites; we propose a trip to enjoy with all the senses; from the fairy-like lights to the delicious aromas.

Once on your own let yourself be carried away by the city’s warm atmosphere, you will have two full days to marvel and wander around the 300 wooden chalets set up in the city’s historic center, see the city sparkling with countless lights and colors, and discover its majestic Great Christmas Tree in the middle. The Capital of Christmas takes you into an enchanted and richly decorated city that will enthrall young and old.

In the night, enjoy your dinner in a famous ALSATIAN RESTAURANT (local specialties with wine) and spend the night in a 3-star B&B hotel, at the end of your second day, return to Paris by train.

  • Paris Gare de l´Est, take the TGV (Bullet Train) to the city of STRASBOURG
  • Meet your expert guide for a 2-hour walking tour  
  • Free time on your own to discover the Christmas Market
  • Dinner at a famous Alsatian Restaurant (Local specialties) with wine.

Day 2

  • Breakfast at your hotel
  • Free time to discover Strasbourg
  • Return to Strasbourg train station
  • Journey in TGV (Bullet train) to Paris.
